Dan Lillywhite's Greenscene Experience:
I had a brilliant experience working at Greenscene, Rob and Wendy were extremely welcoming and helpful right from the outset. I have worked for several tree firms over the years but none of them have been as friendly and genuine as Greenscene.
The jobs that we did were very varied which was good, sometimes the work would be challenging but other times more relaxed. I felt that there was a good blend between jobs from a climber's point of view, sometimes big trees to dismantle and other times small domestic work.
I was very impressed with the equipment that we had to use, the trucks were set up perfectly for tree work and all the saws, chipper etc were looked after and maintained properly, so no headaches on site with machinery not up to the job! I think that Rob and Wendy do a great job of running the crew. Rob is clear about what he wants and how he wants the team to do the job, he was always willing to explain things so I was never unsure of what to do or how to go about it. The major plus for me was working with everyone there as a team, nobody ever struggled on their own and there was no hierarchy between anyone. Go to work, get stuck in, go home in one piece - simple!
Anyone looking to work in NZ as an Arborist look no further!
